My name is Rich Wallace, Microsoft Certified Application Developer specializing in Microsoft's .NET Framework, BizTalk Server, SQL Server and overall data integration development.

This site offers a glimpse into the day-to-day work that I perform either under the umbrella of my full-time position with J. F. Shea Co., Inc. or other projects that I may work or find an interest in.  I've been able to learn quite a bit in my career from other developer's and their blogs and so I decided to make my own site and 'give back' to the community by offering my services and experiences through this site.

For Application Developers and Integration Architects, I hope to provide some effective ideas and code samples that may help some of the novice to intermediate developers gain a better understanding of the technology offered to complete tasks and projects.  Between my blog and Screencasts, I hope to offer some light at the end of the tunnel, while honing my own skills at the same time.

The site also includes a file repository that will include utilities or programs I have either written myself or have collected in my virtual travels around the Internet.  These tools may be used and distributed freely among your own projects or needs, all I ask is that you provide some feedback and let me know if I was able to help with anything.
